Italian Beef
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages dried Italian salad dressing mix (to taste, I recommend 2 packets)
- 14 cup vinegar
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 12 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
- dinner rolls (to taste) or bun (to taste)
- One chuck roast-about 3 lbs.
- Salt and pepper and put in crock pot for 8 hours on low.
- After 8 hours, take out meet and put to the side.
- Skim juice.
- Add 2 packets of dry Italian salad dressing seasoning.
- 1/4 cup of vinegar.
- 2 beef buillon cubes.
- 1/2 cups water.
- 1 bay leaf.
- Shred chuck roast andput back in juice to cook for another hour.
- Serve on rolls-yummy!
