Broiled Lemon-Dill Fish
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT MAYO Light Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dill weed
- 48 each cod fillets (4 oz.)
- Combine mayo, lemon zest, juice and dill.
- Place fish on rack of broiler pan 2 to 4 inches from heat source.
- Brush with half of the mayo mixture.
- Broil 10 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning fish over after 5 minutes and brushing evenly with the remaining mayo mixture.
