Broiled Lemon-Dill Fish

  1. Combine mayo, lemon zest, juice and dill.
  2. Place fish on rack of broiler pan 2 to 4 inches from heat source.
  3. Brush with half of the mayo mixture.
  4. Broil 10 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning fish over after 5 minutes and brushing evenly with the remaining mayo mixture.
