Tandoori style chicken drumsticks recipe

  1. Make deep incisions into the drum sticks.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, rub with garlic and ginger paste and a squeeze of lime.
  3. Leave to sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix all the remaining ingredients for the tandoori massala and massage in to the chicken, then leave to marinade for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
  5. Add a little oil to a non stick pan and seal the drumsticks for 2 minutes, then place in to a pre heated oven at 180C and roast for 15/20 minutes
