Tuna Burgers
- 3 cans (5 oz. each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 20 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Mix first 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp.
- hot sauce until blended; shape into 6 patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add tuna patties, in batches, if necessary; cook 4 to 6 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from skillet.
- Top with Singles.
- Mix mayo and remaining hot sauce; spread onto buns.
- Fill with lettuce, tomatoes and tuna burgers.
