Chicken Casserole

  1. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
  2. Cook rice as directed on package.
  3. Drain.
  4. Combine rice, onion, bell pepper, chicken, water chestnuts, soup, pimientos, green beans, mayonnaise and 1 cup of grated cheese.
  5. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese, cracker crumbs and almonds.
  7. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
