Simple Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. solid shortening
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon water
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Cream shortening and sugar.
2. Add in Large eggs, water, vanilla and beat.
3. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together... add in to sugar mix.
4. Drop by tsp.
5. onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 min.
