Tater tot breakfast casserole

• 2 lb Frozen tater tots
• 1 lb Bacon
• 1 packages breakfast sausage
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 2 cup milk
• 4 eggs
• 3 cup Shredded cheese
• 1 envelope country gravy mix

1. Preheat oven according to package directions for tater tots.
2. Bake for 20 mins or so.
3. Just to keep slightly crisp.
4. Chop bacon and saute with the onion.set aside.
5. In same pan, brown the sausage.
6. Drain excess grease.
7. Mix with bacon and onion.
8. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray and add meat mixture to bottom.
9. When tots are done, adjust oven temperature to 350
10. Spread tater tots over meat mixture in the casserole dish.
11. Beat together the eggs, milk, and gravy mix.
12. Add salt and pepper if desired.
13. (I also added a dash of paprika )pour over the tater tots.
14. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
15. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
16. Allow to cool for 10 minutes or so and enjoy!
