Chili Mac and Cheese
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 sweet red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 6 Ritz Crackers, coarsely crushed
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, brown meat with yellow onions and sweet peppers in large skillet.
- Add meat mixture to prepared Dinner along with the chipotle peppers; mix well.
- Spoon into 2-L casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with green onions, shredded cheese and cracker crumbs.
- Bake 15 min.
