15 Minute Steak Soft Tacos
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 8 to 12 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned.
- Stir in water, salsa and seasoning mix.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas; top with KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, if desired.
- Fold up sides to enclose filling.
- 7 Minute Easy Soft Tacos: Omit oil.
- Substitute 1 pkg.
