Lemon-Lime Fruit Dip
- 1 cup yogurt cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh organic lemon juice
- 3 tsp. organic lime juice
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar
- lemon and lime peel for garnish
- To make yogurt cheese: Line strainer with two pieces of cheese cloth criss crossed, make pieces long enough to hang down sides of the strainer.
- Place strainer over a bowl, and dump one quart of yogurt into strainer.
- Let the whey drip out of the yogurt for several hours.
- Gather together ends of cheese cloth and twist together, wringing out remaining whey into the bowl.
- Take one cup of yogurt cheese (will be like cream cheese) and put into a small bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk together.
- Serve in a decorative bowl garnishing with a little lemon and lime peel.
- Add to a platter of cut up fresh fruit as a festive and flavorful dip.
