Auntie Hinshaw's Deviled Eggs
- 1 dozen egg
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons onions (very finely chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons olives (chopped(green or black)
- Boil Eggs.
- After cooled, peel and cut in in half.
- Remove yellow yolks and place in bowl.
- Crush with a fork and then with all other ingredients.
- Stir and then add mixture back to the egg halfs.
- Start with 3/4 cup of mayonaise and work up to 1 cup depending on how you like your eggs.
