Tiny Timmies

  1. Strain pineapple, saving syrup.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg.
  3. Measure our 3 Tbsp of the pineapple syrup and whip into butter mixture until smooth.
  4. Add sifted dry ingredients; stir slowly until well bel ended.
  5. Add crushed pineapple, butterscotch bits and nuts.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and put a cherry in the middle of each cookie.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. Cookies will be very soft when finished; remove from cookie sheet very carefully.
  10. Makes 24 cookies.
