The Lambs Cup

  1. Special equipment: 1 Collins glass
  2. In a cocktail shaker glass, muddle the cucumber, lime, raspberry and ginger syrup until broken down.
  3. Add the vermouth, elderflower liqueur, gin and 3 ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  5. Pour into a chilled Collins glass and top off with seltzer.
