Texas Wagon Wheel Steaks Recipe

  1. Lay out flank steak, widest end towards you.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with meat tenderizer, then garlic salt, cracked pepper, and parsley flakes.
  3. Arrange bacon slices lengthwise to cover steak.
  4. Starting with wide end, roll up steak tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerateovernight.
  6. Slice into 3/4 inch slices and secure each with a sandwich pick.
  7. Broil or possibly charcoal grill approximately 10 min on each side till browned to desired doneness.
