Texas Wagon Wheel Steaks Recipe
- 1 flank steak (have butcher tenderize)
- Adolph's Natural Meat Tenderizer
- Garlic salt
- Cracked pepper
- Parsley flakes
- About 1/2 pound bacon, limply fried and liquid removed
- Sandwich picks
- Lay out flank steak, widest end towards you.
- Sprinkle lightly with meat tenderizer, then garlic salt, cracked pepper, and parsley flakes.
- Arrange bacon slices lengthwise to cover steak.
- Starting with wide end, roll up steak tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerateovernight.
- Slice into 3/4 inch slices and secure each with a sandwich pick.
- Broil or possibly charcoal grill approximately 10 min on each side till browned to desired doneness.
