Vegetable Pizza
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup sweet red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup radishes chopped
- 1/2 cup olives pitted, ripe, sliced
- 2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
- Heat oven to 375F (190C).
- Unroll dough into 2 rectangles.
- Press onto bottom and 1/4 inch up sides of 13x9 inch baking pan to form crust.
- Bake 10 minutes; cool.
- Mix cream cheese, dressing and seasoning until well blended.
- Spread over crust.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate.
- Cut into squares.
