Extra-Easy Cinnamon-Fruit Cobbler

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Reserve 1 tsp.
  3. sugar.
  4. Mix remaining sugar with dry pudding mix.
  5. Combine fruit in large microwaveable bowl.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  7. Stir in pudding mixture and water.
  8. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
  9. Mix baking mix and milk.
  10. Drop in mounds over fruit mixture.
  11. Mix reserved sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
  12. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  13. or until fruit mixture is hot and bubbly and biscuits are lightly browned.
  14. Serve warm topped with Cool Whip.
