Leg of Lamb

  1. Paint the lamb with the olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with rosemary and rind.
  3. Let sit for several hours.
  4. Grill to pink.
  5. Slather a few pats od butter on top and slice thinly.
  6. Season with Salt and pepper to taste.
