Turkey-Rice Salad

  1. In 1-quart bowl combine turkey, rice, celery, onions and red pepper.
  2. In a small bowl thoroughly combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, mustard and seasoning.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Toss again just before serving.
  6. Serve on lettuce leaves.
  7. Makes 2 servings.
