Fat Free Veggie Pizza Bites
- 1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury All-Ready pizza crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Ranch dressing
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. small broccoli florets
- 1 c. chopped crookneck or zucchini squash
- 3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- Heat oven to 400u0b0.
- Unroll pizza crust and press into bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
- Bake for 8 to 11 minutes.
- Let cool.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Spread over cooked crust.
- Sprinkle broccoli florets, squash, red bell pepper, carrot and green onions over cheese mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until cold.
- Just before serving, cut into squares.
- Makes 48 squares.
