Creamy Lemon Pudding Parfait

• 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
• 1-1/4 cups cold fat-free milk
• 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
• 7 lemon cookies, coarsely crushed
• 1 cup blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09

1. Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
2. (Pudding will be thick.)
3. Stir in COOL WHIP.
4. Layer pudding mixture, cookie crumbs and berries in 6 parfait glasses.
