Hearty Baked Beans

• 1/2 lb. bacon
• 1/2 lb. hamburg
• small onion
• 1 can B & M baked beans
• 1 small can lima beans
• 1 can kidney beans
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/4 Tbsp. mustard or a little extra
• 1 tsp. vinegar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 10 potatoes, cooked and cut up (I cook a 5 lb. bag)
• 2 sticks margarine, sliced
• 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 3 slices bread, cut up
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 c. celery, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• parsley to taste
• 3/4 c. milk
• potato chips, crushed

1. Mix everything together in 9 x 13-inch pan.
2. Sprinkle chips on top.
3. Bake 1 hour at 325u0b0, uncovered.
