Greg's Creamy Linguine With Chicken and Tarragon

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
  2. season with salt and pepper and brown in oil.
  3. drain off fat.
  4. add tarragon, sour cream and milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Boil linguine in salted water til al dente.
  6. Add chicken over noodles.
