Turkey Mini Meatloaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over low heat.
  3. Add onion, carrot and bell pepper; cook, stirring frequently, until tender (about 10 minutes).
  4. Transfer vegetables to a large bowl.
  5. Crumble in bread; add milk and 2 tablespoons of chili sauce.
  6. Stir to combine and cool completely.
  7. Add turkey, egg, and sage; season with salt and pepper.
  8. Mix to combine (go ahead and use your hands.
  9. ).
  10. Divide mixture into four equal parts.
  11. Gently shape each into a 3"x4"x2" loaf and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  12. Brush the remaining 4 Tbs.
  13. chili sauce over tops (1 tablespoons per loaf).
  14. Bake until meatloaves are cooked through, about 35-40 minutes.
