Volcano Potato Bake #SP5

  1. Add uncooked potatoes into greased 8-inch round baking dish.
  2. Mound potatoes into a volcano shape.
  3. Make a crater in center.
  4. Fold 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese into 1/2 cup of whipped whipping cream.
  5. Pour over top of potatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 25 minutes or till lightly browned.
  7. Enjoy!
