Chicken Milanese
- tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 cup bread crumbs (I used panko bread crumbs )
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 4 bonelss,skinless chicken breast
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick
- Combined chicken bouillon with bread crumbs in shallow dish
- Dip chicken in eggs,then bread crumbs mixture, coating well
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken,turning once,until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown, about 5 mins
- Tip:To bake,preheat oven to 425F.
- Line baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with nonstick spray.
- Arrange chicken on pan,then lightly spray and with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake 15 mins or until chicken is thoroughly cooked...
