Coffee Ice Cream
- 1 liter whipping cream
- 1 can (about 385 grams of) condense milk
- 4 tbsp instant coffee (depending on your taste may be reduced to 3Tbls)
- 1/2 cup chocolate disks roughly brocken up or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Maraschino or other cherries of preference roughly chopped up
- Dissolve coffee with a little bit of water.
- About 1Tablespoon of water should suffice.
- Mix dissolved coffee mixture into condense milk.
- Place cream into large mixing bowl and add condense milk mixture into the cream.
- Mix well.
- Whisk with electric beater until cream is whipped.
- Note that this may take some time.
- Once whipped, lightly fold in the chocolate chips / disks and cherries.
- Transfer into a freezer safe tupperware / container and freeze overnight or until set.
- Makes roughly about 2 litres of ice cream.
- Enjoy on its own or with some chocolate sauce.
