Kahlua Tiramisu
- 13 cup Kahlua, instant coffee beverage mix divided (Maxwell House Cafe)
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 (150 g) package ladyfingers, split
- 2 12 cups cold milk, divided
- 1 (250 g) containerphiladelphia cream cheese spread
- 2 (113 g) packagesjell-o instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
- Dissolve 1 tablespoons coffee mix in hot water in small bowl; sprinkle over ladyfingers.
- Line bottom and side of shallow 2L dessert dish with ladyfingers.
- Place 1/2 cup cold milk, cream cheese and remaining coffee mix in blender container; cover.
- Blend on medium sped until smooth.
- Add pudding mix and remaining 2 cup milk; cover.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Carefully pour over ladyfingers.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with additonal coffee mix, if desired.
