Shrimp Fried Rice with Broccoli

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Whisk very well and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  4. Add shrimp, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir occasionally and cook until shrimp are pink on both sides.
  6. Then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add garlic and onions and cook until onions are gold brown.
  8. Add broccoli and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  9. Add the yellow pepper, corn and peas and cook until the veggies are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  10. Dont forget to stir occasionally.
  11. When the veggies are ready add the rice, green onions and soy sauce mixture.
  12. Cook for about 2-3 minutes and add the shrimp!
  13. Enjoy your meal!
