Chestnut rice
- 180 ml Uncooked white rice
- 100 grams Chestnuts
- 250 ml Dashi stock
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- Boil the fresh chestnuts in their shells.
- Let rest for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Patiently peel the chestnuts from Step 1.
- Soak the peeled chestnuts in water for a while.
- Put everything in rice cooker and set it to cook.
