Vickys Sweet Mixed Spice for Baked Goods

• 4 tbsp ground cinnamom
• 2 tbsp ground nutmeg
• 2 tbsp ground ginger
• 2 tbsp dried orange zest
• 3 tsp ground allspice
• 3 tsp ground cloves

1. Mix and store in an old cinnamon jar or glass jar with a screw lid in a cool, dark cupboard
2. Serves around 12 tablespoons
