Mom's Mysterious Shrimp Recipe

  1. Heat oil in large deep skillet.
  2. Saute/fry garlic; add in tomato and spices.
  3. Cook 2 min.
  4. Add in wine and 1/2 c. of reserved liquid.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer till liquid cooks down slightly.
  7. Raise heat, add in shrimp.
  8. Cook 3 to 5 min, stirring constantly till shrimp loses translucent/soft look and becomes pink.
  9. Add in remaining juices if needed to keep sufficient broth to pour over rice or possibly pasta.
  10. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh grnd pepper as desired.
