Chocolate-Caramel Popcorn

  1. Heat oven to 225 degrees F.
  2. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine popcorn and nuts in large bowl.
  4. Bring chocolate, sugar, corn syrup and butter to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda.
  6. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to evenly coat.
  7. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Break into pieces.
