Spinach Rolls
- 2 boxes chopped spinach, thawed and with excess water squeezed out
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing
- 6 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 jar bacon bits
- 12 flour tortillas, 8-inch size
- Mix above ingredients except tortillas.
- Spread on flour tortillas and roll.
- Refrigerate overnight in a tightly covered container.
- Slice in 1-inch pieces and serve.
