Cheesy Green Chili Soup

  1. Place 1 cup of the broth, onion, chiles and sour cream in blender container; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Add chile mixture; mix well.
  6. Gradually add the remaining 2 cups broth, stirring until well blended.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min., stirring frequently.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Ladle the soup into 4 soup bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
