Pumpkin / Squash Soup.
- 2 (29 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 cups uncooked pumpkin or 4 cups squash
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 14 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
- 14 cup oil
- 1 14 ounces peas
- In large pot,heat oil to med temp,Saute'
- ginger,onions.
- Addm all spices.
- Cook over low heat 2 to 3 hours.
- Pur'ee if desired.
