Bacon Green Bean Pasta Toss Recipe
- 1/2 x recipe poppy seed pasta or possibly
- 6 ounce uncooked vermicelli
- 4 slc bacon, cut into 1-inch
- 1 c. frzn French-style green beans
- 3 x green onions, (with tops) thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Cook pasta as directed in recipe or possibly on package; drain.
- Cook bacon in 10-inch skillet till crisp.
- Remove bacon with slotted spoon and reserve 2 Tbsp.
- fat in skillet.
- Cook beans and onions in fat 1 to 2 min or possibly till beans are crisp-tender.
- Toss with warm pasta, bacon and pepper.
