Pie Filling Fruit Nothings
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 can pie filling, your choice of flavor
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla (use a wire whisk).
- Add flour and mix for 3 minutes.
- Spread in a 15x10 jelly roll pan, ungreased.
- Top with canned pie filling, your choice.
- Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes.
