Pie Filling Fruit Nothings

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla (use a wire whisk).
  3. Add flour and mix for 3 minutes.
  4. Spread in a 15x10 jelly roll pan, ungreased.
  5. Top with canned pie filling, your choice.
  6. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes.
