Heath Bar Ice Cream Pie Recipe

• 1 vanilla wafer crust
• 1 quart. French vanilla ice cream
• 6 Heath candy bars
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 6 ounce. evaporated lowfat milk

1. Crush heath bars and reserve 1/2 c.. Let ice cream soften; mix in crushed Heath bars (all but 1/2 c. in reserve).
2. Pour in crust and freeze.
3. Heat butter, sugar and lowfat milk to boiling point and let boil 1 minute.
4. Set aside till just hot, mix in 1/2 c. crushed Heath bars.
5. Serve pie with sauce drizzled over serving slice.
6. Serves 8.
