Tara Steak Diane

  1. Coat one side of steak with mustard.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper. Roll steak to coat both sides with mustard.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter.
  5. Cook shallots and garlic until soft.
  6. Stir in mushrooms, steak sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard, capers and broth. Cook to reduce slightly.
  7. Unroll steak.
  8. Place in sauce and cook as desired, turning once.
  9. Pour Irish Mist over all and ignite carefully.
  10. When flame dies, serve immediately.
  11. Serves 2.
