VELVEETA Bacon Potatoes
- 5 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into chunks King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 3/4 lb. thick or slab bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 2 cups KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Boil potatoes until tender; drain water.
- Cool slightly.
- Cook and crumble bacon.
- Toss VELVEETA with mayo.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Mix all ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- (Best when it sits overnight.)
- Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, for about 45 minutes.
- Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
