VELVEETA Bacon Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes until tender; drain water.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Cook and crumble bacon.
  4. Toss VELVEETA with mayo.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
  6. Mix all ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. (Best when it sits overnight.)
  8. Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, for about 45 minutes.
  9. Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
