Pea Sprouts and Chikuwa Stir-fry

  1. Slice the chikuwa, quickly wash the pea sprouts and drain well, then chop into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. In a heated pan, add a little sesame oil, and cook the pea sprouts and chikuwa.
  3. Fry until the liquid evaporates, turning up the heat while not letting it burn.
  4. Add a little salt and pepper, mentsuyu, mix, and you're done.
