Pea Sprouts and Chikuwa Stir-fry
- 1 bag Pea sprouts
- 2 Chikuwa
- 1 tsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Slice the chikuwa, quickly wash the pea sprouts and drain well, then chop into easy-to-eat pieces.
- In a heated pan, add a little sesame oil, and cook the pea sprouts and chikuwa.
- Fry until the liquid evaporates, turning up the heat while not letting it burn.
- Add a little salt and pepper, mentsuyu, mix, and you're done.
