Turkey Noodle Bake Recipe
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 2 c. fine noodles, cooked
- 2 c. cubed turkey
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 4 ounce. sharp processed cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- Blend lowfat milk into mushroom soup; add in beaten Large eggs.
- Stir in noodles, turkey, bread crumbs, cheese, green pepper, butter, and pimento.
- Turn into greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min till knife inserted comes out clean.
- NOTE: Chicken or possibly ham may be substituted for turkey.
