Confetti Squares
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch mix
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 carrots
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 bunch broccoli
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 3 green onions
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pinch the crescent rolls together to make a crust. Bake them and set them aside to cool. Mix together mayonnaise, Ranch dressing mix and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Chop the carrots, celery, broccoli, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and onions (chop these by hand). Pat the vegetables dry with paper towel. Mix them in bowl, then sprinkle over the crust. Lightly pat vegetables into the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top. Cut into small squares and refrigerate.
