Asian Beef and Broccoli Salad

  1. Saute garlic in hot oil 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown; set aside.
  2. Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until medium doneness; cool.
  3. Cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips.
  4. Toss garlic and steak with remaining ingredients; cover.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until well chilled.
