Asian Beef and Broccoli Salad
- 1-1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cup olive oil
- - beef flank steak Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/4 gal. capellini, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/2 gal. Frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups gingerroot, peeled, minced
- 6-1/4 cups carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Saute garlic in hot oil 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown; set aside.
- Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until medium doneness; cool.
- Cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips.
- Toss garlic and steak with remaining ingredients; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until well chilled.
