Linda's Strawberry Philly Pie

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended.
  2. Gradually stir in eggs, milk and vanilla.
  3. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
  4. Bake at 350, for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then chill.
  6. Top entire pie with preserves, and put whipped cream swirled around the edge of the pie crust, to decorate.
  7. Keep in refrigerator.
