pork roast & vittles cups

  1. Dice or shred pork roast place in 2qt sauce pan or larger , add remaining ingredients, heat on medium til peppers & onion is soft.
  2. Then let cool .
  3. In ungreased muffin pan, take 1 biscuit & flatten it out to a 2 or 3 inch circle & place in muffin pan .
  4. Take am spoon in pork roast mixture.
  5. place in a 400F pre- heated oven, 8--10 min, let cool and stuff your gut..
  6. can also eat warm ..
