pork roast & vittles cups
- 1 lb pork loin roast
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 orange, yellow,& red pepper
- 1 bottle of honey bbq sauce
- 1 1/3 tsp minced garlic
- Dice or shred pork roast place in 2qt sauce pan or larger , add remaining ingredients, heat on medium til peppers & onion is soft.
- Then let cool .
- In ungreased muffin pan, take 1 biscuit & flatten it out to a 2 or 3 inch circle & place in muffin pan .
- Take am spoon in pork roast mixture.
- place in a 400F pre- heated oven, 8--10 min, let cool and stuff your gut..
- can also eat warm ..
