Beef Strips And Carrots Recipe

  1. Peel carrots and cut into thin slices (crosswise at a slant).
  2. Place in a saucepan with the soda water, wine, 1/2 t salt and sugar.
  3. Cover and simmer for 25 min or possibly till tender.
  4. Meanwhile cut the meat into very thin slices.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil and saute/fry the onions about 5 min.
  6. Add in the beef slices; cook for 5 min, stirring often.
  7. Season with 1/2 t salt and 1/4 t pepper.
  8. Add in the meat and onions to the carrots.
  9. Mix carefully.
  10. Stir in the cream.
  11. Heat through but Don't boil.
  12. Correct seasonings if necessary.
  13. Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve.
