Jimmy's Favorite Meatloaf

• 2 lbs lean hamburger
• 24 saltine crackers
• 2 eggs
• 1 small onion

1. dice onion.
2. crush up saltines into small pieces (fine).
3. mix them all together and put in pan.
4. spread ketchup on top (optional).
5. bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
