Banana Pudding Cake(1 Gram Of Fat)
- 1 yellow cake mix (lite)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
- 1 (7 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 bananas
- 3 Egg Beaters (use in cake mix in place of eggs)
- strawberries
- 1 large carton whipped cream (lite)
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or glass casserole dish with a nonfat cooking spray.
- Prepare cake using Egg Beaters.
- While cake is baking, mix sugar and pineapple in a saucepan; boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove cake from oven and prick with a fork.
- Pour pineapple mixture over top of cake.
- Cool completely.
- Prepare instant pudding with skim milk as directed on package.
- Spread pudding on top of cooled cake.
- Slice bananas and put on top of cake.
- Spread whipped cream over bananas and place on top of whipped cream.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
