All Corn Muffins Recipe
- 1 c. Cornmeal
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Corn oil
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Creamed corn
- Preheat oven to 400 and prepare pan
- In a large bowl combine "A" well.
- Add in "B" and combine well.
- Spoon into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Check for doneness via the toothpick test.
- Remove from pan and cold on wire rack.
- For bread, let cold in pan 10 minutes.
- before moving to rack.
